Workshop on Promoting the products of Vietnamese enterprises access to the Greece market
On 31st May, 2022 at Zepione Center, Athens – Greece, the Workshop on Promoting the products of Vietnamese enterprises access to the Greece market was organized with the participation of the Ambassador Le Hong Truong – Embassy of Vietnam in Greece, Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Greek Chamber of Commerce and Industry for supporting and coordinating in implementing this meaningful program and Greek companies. Dr. Nguyen Bao Thoa – Director of Vietnam Rural Industries Research and Development Institute (VIRI) and Manager of the Eco Fair project and technical staff attended the workshop.
At the workshop, Dr. Thoa introduced the Eco-Fair project and eco-fair processed agricultural products such as fruits, rice and cashews from Vietnam. These are businesses under the Eco-Fair project that have had sustainable certificates or are in the process of applying for organic and fair trade certification.
Dr. Thoa highly appreciates this companionship which can create and maintain a sustainable consumption trend of quality products from Vietnam, promoting sustainable production and consumption, honoring pioneers in the resources efficiency, achieving voluntary sustainability certification, improving products, applying clean technology to promote and spreading these significant values, and strengthening the good relationship between Vietnam and Greece.
