Vietnam Fruit and Vegetables Association (VINAFRUIT) was established in March 2001 in Vietnam, is a socio-professional organization, bringing together businesses, organizations and public Vietnamese people operating in the field of fruit and vegetable production, processing and trading in accordance with Vietnamese law, voluntarily established, for the purpose of gathering and uniting members, and protecting their legitimate rights and interests. members, supporting each other to operate effectively, contributing to the country’s socio-economic development.
As of July 2019, the Association has nearly 90 members including businesses and organizations specializing in production, processing, export, wholesale and retail business, research, consulting and services related to the fruit and vegetable industry. .
The Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association is a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
Legal position, headquarters
The Association has its own legal status, seal and account; operates in accordance with Vietnamese law and the Association’s Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs.
The head office of the Association is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
Scope, field of activity
The Association operates nationwide, in the field of fruit and vegetable production, processing and trading in the territory of Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law.
The Association is under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs; the management of ministries and branches related to the branches and fields of operation of the Association according to the provisions of law.

Mission of the Association

Develop and promulgate working regulations and codes of professional ethics in the Association’s activities.
Publish publications (if any) of the Association in accordance with the law.
Manage and use the Association’s funds in accordance with the provisions of law.
