The Eco-Fair course received positive feedback!
In the past time, the project “Promotion of supply and demand of Eco-Fair agri-food processing products in Vietnam” has implemented three online courses, including the Sustainable Production course for MSMEs.
The course is for representatives of micro, small and medium enterprises which operate in the field of agricultural processing products and want to cut costs and improve production processes. This course is designed with the desire to provide MESEs with tools to help promote development and shorten the path for MSMEs to export to difficult markets like Europe.
Three important tools that this course will provide you:
- RECP: Solutions to help companies use resources efficiently and towards cleaner and more sustainable production.
- Product innovation methods to increase competitiveness, sales and profits.
- And an understanding of standards and certification that company will need to meet when participating in the international playground.
Since the launch of the course, many businesses from North to South of Vietnam have participated in the course. The project has received positive feedback from business representatives about the course. In the coming time, the Eco-Fair project will continue to maintain courses and work towards more sustainable production practices for MSMEs.

Ms. Phan Thi Bao, Hien Bao Production Unit shared: “I understand the knowledge to develop production process better, including sustainable production and product innovation; improving the efficiency of resource use, reducing negative impacts on the environment; rationally using available resources; using new environmentally friendly materials.”
The representative of Phuong Cong brown rice production unit shared: “I learned more knowledge to serve the production better. Hopefully, in the future, we will have the opportunity to learn more courses.”
